Terms of sale

1. Scope

These terms govern the sale, on facade-lighting.fr, of lighting plans designed remotely by Philosophie de Lumière SARL (“the studio”), a French SARL with share capital of €5,000, 10 avenue du Trayas, 06590 Théoule-sur-Mer, France, RCS Cannes 828 241 166, VAT FR 28 828 241 166.

2. The service

The package delivered includes a fixture layout, lighting visuals (simulation or 3D render depending on the project), a fixture specification, lighting scenarios and an electrical connection diagram, as PDF files.

The package is a design study. It does not replace the construction design, nor the calculations and checks of the installer, who remains responsible for making the installation comply with applicable standards.

3. Prices

Prices are in euros and depend on the area chosen. For private buyers in France or the European Union, VAT is included. A business with a valid EU VAT number, or a buyer outside the European Union, pays the price without VAT and may pay in their own currency, at the amount shown at payment.

4. Order and payment

Orders are placed online and paid by card or digital wallet through Stripe. The contract is formed when payment is confirmed. An invoice is sent by email.

5. Delivery

After payment, the client sends the drawings, photos or share links and answers the questionnaire. The package is sent within 48 working hours, Monday to Friday, from receipt of sufficient information.

If the information received is not sufficient, the studio says so by email; the 48 hours then start when the missing information arrives.

If the real area is clearly larger than the one ordered, the studio offers the price difference or a quote; the client may then cancel and be refunded in full.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have 14 days to withdraw (French Consumer Code, article L221-18). By confirming the order, the client expressly asks for the service to start immediately (article L221-25).

Under article L221-28, 1°, the right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed, that is, when the package is delivered. Until delivery, the client can cancel by writing to tarasova@phld.fr and is refunded in full.

7. Liability

The studio designs the package with care, from the information supplied by the client, whose accuracy it cannot guarantee. Fixture references are indicative: their availability and price may change, and an equivalent with comparable performance may be substituted.

The studio is not responsible for the installation, nor for any planning or heritage approvals required for the works.

8. Intellectual property

The client may use the package to light the building named in the order. The studio keeps its copyright and may show the project anonymously, without the client’s address or name, unless the client objects in writing.

9. Personal data

How order data is processed is described in the privacy policy of this site.

10. Complaints and mediation

Complaints can be sent to tarasova@phld.fr. Consumers may refer a dispute free of charge to the following consumer mediator (French Consumer Code, article L612-1): [À COMPLÉTER].

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence and may bring proceedings there.
