Data and purposes

To perform your order: name, email address, billing address, area ordered, files, share links and answers to the questionnaire. Legal basis: performance of the contract.

For accounting: invoices and payment data. Legal basis: the studio’s legal obligations.

Card data is processed by Stripe; the studio has no access to it.

Recipients and hosting

Stripe (payment), Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL (hosting of the site and files in the Paris region, sending of emails). Data is never sold.

Measurement and advertising

Only with your consent, the site uses Pinterest and Meta (Facebook, Instagram) to measure how well its ads work. If you accepted before paying, the purchase is also reported to Meta and Pinterest from our server, with your email address irreversibly hashed (SHA-256), together with your device's IP address and browser type. You can withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie settings”.

Retention

Order files and answers: 12 months after delivery of the package. Invoices: 10 years, as French commercial law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction, erasure or portability of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to tarasova@phld.fr. You may also complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
